Today, Christians are being harassed and persecuted in more than 145 countries around the world (which is more than any other religious group). The suffering is at higher, more intense levels than at any other time in history. According to Voice of the Martyrs reports there has been a 5-fold increase of Christians dying for their faith over the last hundred years.
