My Testimony
How I was delivered from
Eating Disorders
It all began on a beach in Australia during a year of traveling, when my overeating and bulimia had reached their peak and, in desperation, I cried out, “God, if You are real, please deliver me from these eating disorders and the obsessive, shame-filled thoughts about food, calories, and my body.” When I surrendered my life to Christ and prayed the sinner’s prayer, everything began to change as I immersed myself in the Word of God and slowly renewed my mind. As I discovered my true identity in Christ and how deeply loved I was, I stopped using food to fill the hole in my soul and began naturally choosing nourishing foods, stopping when I was satisfied instead of stuffed. Exercise was no longer punishment but joy, and instead of forcing 10 km runs, I found peace walking in nature, finally free from the cycle of guilt and shame.

Transform your relationship with your body, food, and exercise through compassionate nutrition and mindset coaching that replaces shame with sustainable, confidence-building habits.
At GPF, our Nutrition and Mindset Coaching is about so much more than a meal plan. It is a safe, faith-centered space where women can heal their relationship with food, exercise, and their bodies while building sustainable, life-giving habits.
Here is what women can expect:
1. Personalized online support from home
All sessions are held online, making it convenient and private. We will track progress together in a simple, supportive way that fits into their real life. This may include nutrition tracking, habit tracking, mindset reflections, and goal check-ins. They are never doing this alone.
2. Ongoing coaching and accountability
I serve not just as a coach, but as an advocate. That means consistent check-ins, encouragement, and honest conversations. We celebrate wins, navigate setbacks with grace, and adjust strategies as needed. Accountability is rooted in compassion, not criticism.
3. Getting to the root, not just managing symptoms
We go deeper than calories and workouts. Together, we explore the root causes of disordered eating patterns, emotional eating, chronic dieting, body shame, and negative self-talk. We identify unhealthy thought cycles and replace them with truth. True transformation happens when we address both behavior and belief.
4. Biblical renewal of the mind
This is faith-integrated coaching. Prayer is woven into our sessions. Scripture becomes a foundation for healing. As Romans 12:2 teaches, transformation comes through the renewing of the mind. We use the Word of God to challenge lies about worth, appearance, and performance, and to anchor identity in Christ rather than in body size or productivity.
5. Customized nutrition plans
Healthy eating plans are thoughtfully created according to each woman’s unique health history, goals, lifestyle, and preferences. Whether the goal is balanced energy, weight management, hormone support, or rebuilding a healthy relationship with food, plans are practical, nourishing, and sustainable. No extremes. No punishment. No one-size-fits-all templates.
6. Sustainable habit formation
We focus on realistic routines that can be maintained long term. That includes developing consistent meal patterns, joyful movement instead of punishment exercise, and daily mindset practices that support emotional and spiritual health.
GPF Nutrition and Mindset Coaching is about freedom.
Freedom from shame.
Freedom from obsessive cycles.
Freedom to nourish your body with gratitude and move it with joy.
This is whole woman healing: spirit, soul, and body working together.
My Mission
I am on a mission to help women break free from disordered eating, body shame, body dysmorphia, comparison, and the exhausting cycle of negative thoughts about food, fitness, and their bodies because I know what it feels like to be trapped there. I have lived the torment of obsessive thinking and the weight of shame, and I have also experienced the freedom that comes from healing, truth, and renewed identity. My vision is to see women whole in spirit, soul, and body, walking confidently in who God created them to be, no longer shrinking themselves to fit the world’s standards.
