Jess B's experience
I graduated from McGill University with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Sciences, building a strong foundation in movement, anatomy, and human performance. I went on to earn my CANFIT Pro Aerobic Instructor certification and have spent over 16 years teaching dance and stretch classes, helping people move with confidence and joy. More recently, I completed the Fit Chicks Academy Fitness & Nutrition Expert Program, gaining credentials in group fitness, personal training, and nutrition & wellness coaching. Today, I lead free online stretch, aerobic, and toning classes through the GPF Faith Fitness Ministry and offer one-on-one personal training and wellness coaching through the GPF program.
