This 1-on-1 program will fit around your busy schedule as you get to choose the days and times for the online training workouts, coaching, and check-ins.

  2. physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises to help heal old injuries and get your body back to maximum function

  3. weekly check-ins for your mental & emotional & spiritual health to help you stay focused, accountable, motivated & on track

  4. nutrition coaching and meal planning are optional add-ons

Jess B's experience

I graduated from McGill University with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Sciences, building a strong foundation in movement, anatomy, and human performance. I went on to earn my CANFIT Pro Aerobic Instructor certification and have spent over 16 years teaching dance and stretch classes, helping people move with confidence and joy. More recently, I completed the Fit Chicks Academy Fitness & Nutrition Expert Program, gaining credentials in group fitness, personal training, and nutrition & wellness coaching. Today, I lead free online stretch, aerobic, and toning classes through the GPF Faith Fitness Ministry and offer one-on-one personal training and wellness coaching through the GPF program.
